Free shipping on all orders.

Delivery

All products are made to order. Standard delivery time is 2–7 business days from order confirmation.

The Mellow Dining Table requires a longer production process and will be delivered within three weeks from order confirmation.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you by email. You then have the right to cancel your order.

Orders are typically delivered to the nearest pick-up point. The shipping carrier will be shown at checkout.

We currently ship to EU countries, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
To cancel, please email hello@emmalumiere.com and include your order number.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact hello@emmalumiere.com and include your order number.

Returned items must be sent back complete and carefully packaged in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If a product has been used beyond what is necessary to examine it, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

Defects & Claims

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@emmalumiere.com as soon as possible.

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to submit a claim for defective goods within three years from delivery, provided the defect was not caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

To submit a claim, please email hello@emmalumiere.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.

If the claim is approved, we will offer one of the following remedies at no cost to you:
repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed as soon as possible after the returned product has been received and will be issued to the original payment method.

Unclaimed Shipments

If a package is not collected from the pick-up point within the time specified by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge the shipping and return costs plus a handling fee of SEK 150 / EUR 15.
